Stresser.Zone is an online stress-testing platform operated and maintained by the Stresser.Zone team.

By accessing or using this platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.

Stresser.Zone allows users to purchase subscriptions and access network stress-testing tools.

With a large number of users on the platform, it is not possible to monitor the activity of every customer. As a result, Stresser.Zone cannot be held responsible for the individual actions of its customers.

While we do not encourage illegal activity, we trust you are a capable adult who can assume full responsibility for your own actions. We won't get in your way.

Your privacy matters to us. Here is what we do — and don't — collect:

We do not know anything about our customers beyond the username chosen at registration. That's it.

Customers found to be sharing or selling their account — whether for a fee or free of charge — will lose access to their account and all future accounts created by them.

Affected accounts will be permanently closed with the reason "Stolen account" and will be barred from accessing the platform in any capacity.

We do not provide refunds of any kind. All purchases are final. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Abuse of our service or non-compliance with these Terms will be grounds for immediate termination of the service or account, without refund.

These Terms of Service are effective and binding from your first use of our platform.

Any breach of these Terms will result in your account being permanently banned from our services, without refund.

Stresser.Zone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice, in order to ensure the satisfaction of its customers and the long-term sustainability of the project.
